It's the RLN5318A TWD, and as you can see here, it's got a push-to-talk mic, an alligator clip on the back so you can clip it on your lapel, and it has a nice solid push-to-talk button here for easy communication. If you go down to the cabling here, it has a quick disconnect, so you can just simply turn your acoustic tube and pull it out and easily replace it. And this is handy for employees. So each employee can have their own acoustic tube which is, I believe, 2TWD on our website under "Essential Accessories." In addition to that, we also include a memory foam ear tip here, which is good for extended wear and noisy environment.
