hi a recurring question in the webinars that i give three four times a week to the biggest companies is okay do you need a wrist rest for the keyboard or not and the answer as often is it depends i'd like to highlight the details of it depends so that you can take a decision regarding your situation look thing is a wrist rest is a misleading name because if your wrists rests on the thing which i have here the effect will be that yeah if your wrists rest well all that part doesn't move and therefore your wrists move sideways the problem with this is that you know if you look at the architecture of the arm the elbow is meant to move your hand in the horizontal plane once the wrist is meant to move your hand in the vertical plane so you see both are have complementary functions to say if i have anything here which is a fixed point the elbow does not move anymore and therefore the wrists th
