hello and welcome to this video this time i want to test the power supply 12 volts and 5 amps i ordered this very small switching power supply on banggood for an unbelievable price tag of below 6 euros and it arrived very quickly in 10 days so first have a look inside we have here very tiny terminals and of course a normal power cable will not fit under the screws you can use ferrules with a maximum diameter of 0.5 millimeter here you can adjust the output voltage we have here a fuse for diodes a high voltage cap the integrated circuit for regulation and between the transformer and the power transistor we find the optocoupler and on the output side we have two times 1000 microfarad caps there is absolutely no filtering on the primary side so i expect a lot of noise also on the 230 volt line so i prepared the cabling and switched on the power supply my multimeter shows a bit more than 12
