okay hello YouTube tonight I'm working on my Nordic tracks this is a 9.5 I I believe and according to Nordic Track website it's a Type C bodied elliptical so imagine this here complete with the the cowling and everything I got we've got the foot pedals back there and this hole right here you could see is where the pedal connected to this little axle shaft right here so to explain how to take it apart the first thing that you're going to do where this little actual stub right here is is take the factory supplied allen wrench any allen wrench shuttle fit and you're going to unscrew the screw from there what I did was I could see back there I push the pedal back as far as it'll go and I kind of jimmied it off got it to pop off and I just put the the feet back as far as I could to get them out of the way from there we have this thing is basically like a hubcap so normally looks like this yo
