Kodak Hawkeye Flashfun Camera

[Music] hi and welcome back to little codex today i'm going to be showing you the hawkeye instamatic camera this guy came out in 1963 and it went to 1967. i'm also going to be doing some cleanup on this camera it's very similar to the instamatic 50. that was released the same year the 50 was marketed for the uk the hawkeye instamatic was marketed to the us [Music] they both have the dual contact hot shoe on top the main difference is the color and the markings on that front plate everything else is the same on these two cameras [Music] mainly what i'm going to be doing is getting some of this dirt cleaned off of this camera another cool thing is has a little camerocity code on here y e o e tells me this was made in cycle four of 1964. so this was made a year after they were released okay so let's get started i'm going to be using some alcohol we'll just be hitting all the surfaces to ge
