good morning susan from wbs copiers and printers um i've been asked by a couple of customers two things how to replace an imaging unit on the konica c3110 and also how to clean the lasers so here we go guys so basically drop it down um and you have to lift this lift the waist toner tub out to start with so two fingers in there keep this up right because this up obviously will tip out the waist toner so yeah this one's being worked on the mains you can see one of them's missing which is not a problem so say for instance if we replace in any of the imaging units they're all the same first of all you need to do is get the toner tub out so flick the lever across take the toner tub out and this is the drum unit that people are asking how do i change one of these little symbol there saying push you push it down and then you slide the drum unit out so be very careful with this green cylinder y
