[Manual]

1) Store in the refrigerator for 1~2 hours for cooling before application.
2) Heat in the microwave oven for 2~3 minutes for hot application or submerge in boiling water for about 5 minutes wrapped in a cloth. If you use microwave more than 3 minutes, wrap it with towel.
