1. Place the bottom part of moxa cone on the middle part of device
2. Ignite the moxa cone all round.
3. Cover the coverage and place the moxa on the body.
4. If you place moxa on some spot intensively, so feel much hotness, place the bottom support.
5. Cover the tissue, guaze, towel on it if you need keeping warm, scentless, smokeless.
6. If you feel too hot, hold the device using hand and move it.
7. Although moxa is combusted, you can just place device on your body.
