hey guys this is Steve with Tronics mix today I'm going to be showing you guys how to replace the screen on the Nintendo switch now as most of you know the screen on the front of the Nintendo switch it's actually the digitizer it's made of plastic which is great for break ability they don't break as much as say a glass screen but it's also worse for scratching the plastic scratch is much easier than a glass screen would so the first thing I have to say is I do highly recommend getting a glass screen protector I will link one in the description below if you're interested in that that I use on my Nintendo switches and that just helps it protect from getting the scratches on it as most of you have probably heard when you slide your switch into the dock sometimes that can cause scratches on the plastic digitizer screen so that's one of the main reasons you want to make sure to have a screen
