Something You need to Know:
1. PSAP are New Devices, Normally We Need 2-3 Weeks to Get Used To PSAP. Just Like Wearing Glasses With Different Focal Lengths, You Need to Adapt Gradually. It May be Difficult at First, And the Brain has to learn How to Re-understand These Sounds, Especially in Complex Languages. If You can't understand others Immediately and can't Hear Some Light Conversations at once, Please Don't worry, Pay Attention to The Visual Cues When Talking with Others.

2.If the Ear Dome is not Inserted Well Into Ear Canal or Air Leaks At the Ear Dome Edges, When the PSAP is Close to Hand or Wall, A Certain Amount of Sound Will Go Back Into the Microphone, The Sound Is Re-amplified Which Causes That Annoying Whistle.

3.If your hearing amplifier stops working suddenly or doesn't sound loud enough(even replaced the new battery), most of these case were caused by obstruction in the ear domes, please clean your ear dome and replace new wax guard
