[Music] hi guys so this is George from ergonomic Transcom and in this quick review I'll be looking at the Kensington duo GL or the Narvik mouse pad and what makes it open ohmic is the risk support here this mouse pad measures width wise it's 18 centimeters or around 7 inches in width and in length it measures 23 centimeters which is around 9 inches and the height of the wrist support which is very important it's about 3 centimeters so 1.2 inches when it comes to selecting the economic mousepad the wrist support you want to make sure it's not too high when it's too high it kind of forces your wrist to go upwards and then it leads to extension in your risk as you use the mouse so you want something that basically is around 1 inches to 1.2 is probably the maximum height you should look for anything higher like I said it will lead to a risk extension when you use when you rest your risk on
