all right in this video I'm going to go through removing and replacing the LCD panel on this laptop the LCD panel has been cracked so I'm going to replace it with a new one the tools you'll need are a pic or something that can get under these little rubber things and you'll also need a special it's not really special but it's just a Torx head it's not security Torx or anything like that bit that looks like that looks like a star kind of but it's not a star because star star bits have 5 points and these have 6 anyway you'll need a special tool kit like this ok so the first thing you want to do is you're going to want to go ahead and take off all these little rubber pieces surrounding the LCD those are screw covers go ahead and take those off alright once you've got the four corner rubber pieces off you can go ahead take your Torx driver and remove these now with this kind of it's because
