hello everybody this is Abraham and what we have here today is a Toshiba P 5500 W there C 5200 X the computer has developed a weird problem where the touchscreen is misbehaving or not working properly it creates touches by itself first thing you want to do on a computer like this is to use a 91% alcohol wipe the touch screen most likely it will not cure the problem permanently unless your touchscreen has a lot of junk on it so if you were using computer with dirty hands or your kids have gotten ahold of it or something then it might help but in most cases it will not you saw just now that it moved basically it creates touches by itself which means a faulty touchscreen layer okay the LCD part of this computer has two layers the touchscreen and the LCD layer LCD works fine touchscreen works fine sometimes it doesn't work now because it's short-circuited somewhere it works when it wants to
