in front of me I should have a Lenovo ThinkPad Zi 61m and I bought this laptop not because I was interested in turning this into some sort of project machine like I usually do a lot of times I'll buy these old thing pads and refurbish them to make them usable for let's say office tasks or basic day-to-day school tasks but I am NOT going to do that with this laptop I bought this laptop because it is different now opposed to other thing pads such as the t 430 I have here or the T 60 that I have downstairs or the X 230 that I looked at a couple of weeks ago those laptops all have carbon fiber reinforced plastic lids this laptop actually has a titanium lid and it was an option you could also get the traditional black ThinkPad lid as well but what's the fun in that I mean if you're buying a Z 61m you're probably getting the titanium lid so let's pop this thing open and see what is inside now
