all right so a client has brought me their laptop what's happening is here on the the right side or the hinges it's it's separating it's a touchscreen and this entire front piece here is is glass what's happened I went ahead and got a replacement that I think will we'll get it fixed up just under the glass here there's three screws that go into these three holes here on this top lid and those screw holes have broken out and that's why it's coming apart so what I'm going to try and do is get this apart and replace the top lid the thing is the the likelihood is pretty high that as I'm taking it apart the top lid from the glass that it will it'll crack I'm going to be very very careful with it but I've already talked to the client about that and basically what it comes down to this part that I got as a replacement is $40 if we also have to replace the glass which includes the LCD display t
