I think most of you know, I’ve been using
a projector as a computer monitor, but projectors have a lamp life of 5k to 6k hours. My current projector being more than 5 years
old, the lamp doesn’t seem to have the same intensity as when I first bought it. Lets check out what I upgraded to. I’ve picked up the lg 29UM59, an ultrawide
monitor, and its diagonal length is 29 inches. In the box we have the monitor, screws, a
stand, and a CD? Have to pull out my laptop to see what’s
on there. Let’s get this stand on the monitor, the
upper portion of the stand is attached via two included screws. The bottom of the stand snaps on and we have
a tripod like screw, we need a wide head screwdriver to tighten the bottom screw, or use a coin. There, it’s all setup and sitting on the
table in all its ultrawide glory. The monitor even though being 29 inches wouldn’t
give you the same height as an actual 2
