as may have heard LG Australia is recalling power adopters for selected portable DVD players I wanted to show you the portable DVD player power adapter that is affected by the recall and in particular the issue that has been discovered what we found is that when there's excessive force applied to the power adapter they may detach from the plug pins exposing the live parts and exposing consumers to the risk of electrical shock this issue does not apply to all LG portable DVD players there are three specific models involved in the recall the affected portable DVD player models are DP 392 G DP 351 G and D p450 G if you own one of these models we ask you to stop using it call our customer care line on one eight hundred five zero six one five four for more information between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused at LG Australia
