Head Hammock is a neck traction assistant that works by gently pulling the head away from the neck to stretch and decompress the spinal cord for increased blood circulation, relaxes the surrounding muscles, relieve pain, and increases the mobility of the neck and shoulders. Two ways to use head hammock Option 1 - With a Door Jam Step 1: Secure the long strap on outside doorknob Step 2: Pull strap to the opposite side of the door and close the door Step 3: Wrap strap around other doorknob and secure carabiner from the stretch band Option 2 - With a Railing Step 1: Fasten short strap on the railing of your choice Step 2: Secure carabiner from the stretch band Step 3: On both of the options, after securing carabiner, secure neck head hammock to stretch band and place middle pillow on your neck Suggestions: 1. Start with 5 minutes at the first few times, make the muscles adapt to the stretching then prolong the using time. 2. While wraping the strap, make the bottom of hammock 2-4 inches (1-2 fists) higher than where you lay. 3. You may lay down 1-1. 5 feets away from the door or railing, where you hook. 4. Take some tension off when your body "feels" like too much of a stretch 5. Enjoy your favorite songs while using the neck head hammock. 6. Set an alarm!
