it seems for me that my power supply the new one which is good it's 500 watts just that since I'm trying to Don my desktop on nothing doesn't happen it's a 500 watt power supply and looks like it's gone so i got this replacement this is a 400 watt power supply made by delta electronics and this one is made by M right so let's swept those and check is it the motherboard which is that or just the power supply let's check I ended up so this 500 watt which was false completely doesn't work and this one 400 watt the replacement which I bought just for $14 have cooling fan inside of it which doesn't spin so the power supply working but the fan is defective it says that you cannot take it apart because inside of it the reason capacitors so make sure when you take another part you do not touch those capacitors so let's take those this delta electronics 400 watt apart apart and replace the cooli
