▶Q: how to use it?

Press the "OFF" button, the insole power is turned off, and the display shows "- -", indicating that the output has been turned off.

▶Q: How to clean the insole?
▶A:When cleaning, brush with a little water, it is best to keep the heel up to prevent water from flowing into the circuit. Once wet, dry in a ventilated place, it will work properly
