YES, this is what i use it for daily, though i incorrectly got their plus size so it's possible this one is different. it is not uncomfortable to me. back pain is uncomfortable.
How do you clean it???
They are sketchy on instructions but they do say how to clean - hand wash in cold water with mild soap. No bleach or or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
