this is a test of a lutron led bulb dimmer that's a 4.2 watt led bulb from ikea and i've got it plugged into the lutron dimmer it's off right now and as you turn it on it kind of comes back it comes up and then you can dim it down that's the dimmest it'll go and then you can run it up to full brightness so it works fine with a bulb as low as 4.2 watts that bulb is a dimmable light bulb you have to make sure your led bulb is a dimmable type
