hi folks down here from headsets for business okay this is a quick video to show you how to set up an eh s lead or electronic hook switch for remote answering for the JPL x500 wireless headset - a via phones just let me pan out there to Anna via phone like this one obviously EHS doesn't work on every single of i/o phone so please check compatibility so let's get started so the several leads here so I'm just going to take one at the time and show you where to go where they go I should say so basically a via the Avaya each has lead for the lor leads rather for this is a little bit complicated which is why I've done this video but once you've got it set up it works fantastic so you get a little black box like this okay and I've done this in Reverse to make it easier for you obviously you turn them round once you've finished so you get your base station here for your wireless headsets okay
