hey guys so on my bench today we have an 85 watt Mac safe to power adapter I don't know what's wrong with it so yeah let's go so the first thing I do is of course if you try and plug it in and doesn't show any sign of law any signs of life just leave it unplugged for at least an hour so to let the capacitors inside this charge they won't kill you if you open it but that they'll definitely make you jump so next I'll check the connector so see if all the pins are good if there are any signs of burn marks or anything else so this thing looks actually very good I need a bit of cleanup but all the springs are there and the contacts are fine so let me also check the cable so see here it's a bit open it's not a big deal we can cover that up quite quickly with summer with some tape so here if you slide your finger across you can feel when there is a like this so this is a bit worse actually so
