hey guys Paul here from military history gear review and today we're gonna be checking out a blast from the past this creer old horse cool soviet posh palanca youtubers like endurance room and survival russia they swear by these old impregnated canvas heart punches right so i've picked this up for about 30 bucks on amazon we're gonna put it to the test today i'm gonna be wearing it as a poncho obviously as you can see it's gorgeous out they're not calling for rain so i might not be able to test if it's waterproof but we will find out how warm it keeps you when you're on a hike cuz it's a fall day out here alright it's about 40 degrees now it's gonna get below freezing tonight and so we're gonna be depending on this because this is gonna be our shelter tonight so hopefully the soviets know how to build a poncho because otherwise I'm gonna be having a rough night so stick around all right
