I want to take a couple minutes to just explain the parts of the GPS unit and how to go about using it so I just set up a little diagram here bear with me that shows parts that are important to us so this button here which is I call the lightbulb button it is on the bottom on the right side that's if I hold that button that will actually power up the unit so I can hold that button on to turn it on and hold it for a few seconds to turn it off another button that's important to the kids is the what I call the X button so it just has a square with an X in it and then on the other side the page button is down on the bottom and then there would be two arrow buttons that really don't have to be used that often that are above that on the front of the of the unit is more of a toggle switch which can be used to move up and down and then to select you simply push down on the button when you turn
