okay this is the WR 42 PC speaker it's a rated for 50 watts which is a little bit better than the WR for TB speaker which is only 25 watts as you can see it's got the little speaker tabs here the red indicates a positive that's where you touch the positive wire and black is the negative you can buy tabs that fit on these or you can just solder your speaker water right to those then if you phrase it might corrode or whatever you have silicon on there and the grille is permanently attached so it doesn't come off at all and it's an exact fit I should say almost an exact fit as a replacement for the WR 40 feet it is a little bit deeper though so if you have concerns about mounting depth you'll want to think about that
