hi everyone's accurate Markham technologies in this video we're going to go over your rt9 and how to check to make sure your sonar module is properly functioning before you head out on the water so one thing you can do is a simple test at home where you put your RT over a hard surface such as cement or tile make sure it's a hard surface to reverberate like cement or tile and not linoleum or carpet you set your transducer approximately two feet above the ground again right on that tile and there's a couple settings we'll go through on the sonar to make sure that we're getting a good reading so first we're going to enter our settings menu we're going to go into our sonar module and the first thing I'm going to do is set the range and make sure the range is in manual mode and also I want a 20 foot depth range so I'm set in there so that's good I want to have my sensitivity between 20 and 2
