okay this is just a quick little video to show you how I went from getting labels with my electro tag that looked like this and cleaned it to get nice black labels back again after watching some videos online than had not having success what ended up working for me was the following is inside and I didn't realize this but this little itsy-bitsy brush comes inside the lid just kind of gets stored right in in the lid there and so they recommend that you take this little brush and using it you know you just kind of clean that printhead by going back and forth like that well if that helped a little bit but ultimately what really ended up making the difference for me was noticing from another video that when you close the lids so right here if I just back this up a little bit if I'm closing this lid you can see up close that the printhead goes up against this this roller right in here okay s
