hi this is Alan Tara with Martin Logan this is an exclusive video for audio advisor on the Martin Logan helos 100 we are absolutely proud of this product we launched the helos 100 in 2008 it was our first in-ceiling loudspeaker and we spent a lot of time developing this particular model a couple of quick things to point out to you one uses an 8 inch aluminum comb with a soft own tweeter you'll notice on the front we have both a wide in a spot switch this controls the dispersion of the tweeter for various applications whether it be theater whether it be a rear effects channel there is no right or wrong with this switch you can put it in any configuration you want and listen to it whichever way you think sounds best for your room that's the way you put it on the back side you'll notice we use a full voico crossover network we also use aluminum doglegs for mounting these are very very stro
