MATRIXMINI(R) HEADPHONE EXTENSION CABLE (3 M)

i recently bought a you green three and a half mil extension cable from amazon which i wanted to use with my mic here i'm about two meters away from the camera so the built-in cable itself isn't long enough i've never used this brand before or even heard of it but seeing it had over ten thousand reviews with nearly eighty percent of them being over five stars i gave it a shot and ordered one it looks good but does it sound good take a listen when i plug the cable into the camera you can hear this buzzing noise at first i thought it might be my mic or it might be the camera's input jack itself being a bit dodgy for some reason or perhaps the cable was just picking up general interference noises since it's quite long and it's not a xlr balance cable which makes it more prone to picking up noises however this cable direct one i'm using right now or should i say cable direct since it's a ge
