A: 1.Blue & Red flash rapidly means pairing with your device

     2. Purple light flashing means factory reset, then you will need to do the factory reset on another side to makes then reconnect together.

Q: What is the factory reset? 

A: factory reset is a solution for any situation causing by the wrong operating actions, it fixes any possible glitch.

Q: How to reset when there is a possible glitch? 

A: Simply take out both earbuds are press& hold them for 15s until hearing the tone and signal light turns purple, then give some time for them to get paired each other.
