and welcome back to affordable optics and right floor views today we're gonna be looking at the Meopta opteka HD now these are the 10 by 40 2's now they do come in the 8 by 40 2's or they 10 by 40 2's which is the model we're gonna be looking at today their price range is around $300 u.s. or according to current lousy exchange rates $400 Canadian the important things to know about this these optics is they have magnesium housings which is something largely held for the upper tier binoculars it's not something you usually get for between 300 and 400 so other than that probably the most important feature is the glass which is why you're looking at these binoculars anyway they call these the opteka HD whereas they probably should have called them the opteka edie because they have edie glass extra low dispersion so ET is one step up above HD now I'm assuming they probably called it HD for m
