my router has to be placed in the far end of the house and the signal at the other end was horrific i receive up to 400 mbps but it dropped to 725 mbps at the other end especially in the basement the wav system was delivered installed and set up in less than 30 minutes and most of that time was spent figuring placement and hiding cords i know little about setting up any type of internet equipment but this was a breeze i now get about 200 mbps in the far end of the house in the basement and have a system that is attractive easily dusted wise input and solved all the buffering issues i was dealing with constantly as a note of instruction the wav system creates another system within your wi-fi you must reprogram the passcode in all of your devices to see and work with the new wavemesh system which includes tvs phones printers tablets etc i am very happy with the wavelink service my router
