this is Lisa from mobile tech review in second time's a charm this is a Microsoft Surface 2 this is a Windows 8.1 RT tablet direct from Microsoft with some improvements inside and a new look to the casing and pretty much the same style but new finish look at it now so here it is the new surface 2 not to be confused with the surface pro 2 Microsoft dropped the RT from the name for their look more affordable counterpart right here that's one we're reviewing this is Windows 8.1 RT that means it does not run Windows e^x ease of old no regular Photoshop on here and stuff that you have software on CDs doesn't run on here hopefully by now you understand that drill I know it's been a little confusing so far you get all the metro or live tile applications here which there are now about a hundred thousand a year ago we reviewed the first service the surface RT there were gosh hundreds that was it
