- TECHNICAL PARAMETERS: *Material : Silicone, same material used for nursing bottle for infant, safe, healthy and environmental friendly; *Holding Temperature: hot therapy - 80°C/176 °F, cold therapy - 0°C / 32 °F; *Soaking Time : 2-3 hours -WATER INJECTION STEP: 1) Adding Hot Water Directly (a) Add 80°C / 176 °F hot water into it and keep 3/4 full; (b) Eliminate excessive air and firmly tighten the lid; (c) Put on the knit cover, ready to use. 2) Use Microwave (a) Top off with cold water (make sure it is totally FULL); (b) Put into Microwave, heat for less than 3 minutes in the power of 1500W and below; (c) Put on the knit cover, ready to use. -MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION: (a) The rubber washer under the cover plays an important role in preventing water leakage. Do not damage and lose; (b) DO NOT add boiling water into directly, it's favor to add 80°C / 176 °F water and keep 3/4 full. It'll be better if a cloth cover is applied; (c) When it's left unused, make it dry enough and properly inflate it then place it under shady and dry conditions; (d) DO NOT close it to the body for a long time for fear of scald; (e) When it's put into microwave oven, please ensure the bag is TOP OFF with cold water and heating time not exceed 3 minutes to prevent a burst; (f) If it swells during the heating process, please STOP heating immediately. However, DO NOT open microwave immediately; (g) Children under 3 years old shall not use this product. -ABOUT SMELL: When adding hot water to the new bottle, there may be some smell, but this smell is absolutely NOT-TOXIC! *To remove the smell: a) Place the bottle in the open air after open the package; or b) Use salt water to soak the bottle for half an hour; or c) Use tea to soak the bottle for couple hours.
