for me the first and biggest deal-breaker when trying out a new camera backpack is when I'm out on an adventure and I get to a place that I want to take pictures at for a while do I want to immediately take the backpack off and set it down somewhere or is it comfortable enough that I actually just leave the backpack on and don't mind having it on all day it's just safer that way obviously if you live in an urban area the backpack that gets stolen but even if you're in the middle of nowhere in the wilderness it's just more practical and better for your gear if you aren't so uncomfortable that you find yourself wanting to set your backpack down on a sand dune or in the dirt or on a rock you know precariously perched or whatever I just like to be able to work with my backpack on me and at this biggest initial test the mine shift ultralight backpack passed with flying colors I'm happy to sa
