Mini USB for Sony NEX-VG30

Sony's any xvg 30 is the third generation of their NEX series camcorders featuring an aps-c sized sensor and interchangeable lenses i rated the original VG 10 as a flawed device but loved the second generation VG 20 and have been happily shooting with it for more than a year unlike most camcorders the VG 20 does not have a power zoom in order to zoom you manually turn the lens in the last year I've started to like the organic and natural feel that manual zooms provide especially as power zooms tend to start and end in a fairly abrupt way enter the VG 30 guess what power zoom let me start with a few comments that apply to both the VG 20 and 30 then I'll go into detail on the differences I'll sum up with some observations of improvements I'd like to see in future updates the VG 20 and 30 provide a solution to filmmakers who are looking for the capabilities of a video enabled still camera
