Minolta Maxxum AF75-300/4.5-5.6

[Music] hello thanks for tuning in today I'm gonna be talking about the minolta 75 to 300 big beer can lens now to all intents and purposes this is a monster all the lens it's heavy it's made of metal and frankly they don't build them like this you know and for me personally I find this series of lenses to be somewhat I'm not sure exactly how to describe it I guess I I guess I'll just say I'm a a child of the 80s and these were produced around when I was coming out of high school in my 18 18 s to 20s and there's just something about this the way these were produced back then that just touches me in a way that that modern lenses just can't seem to accomplish now this as I said is a monster of the lens I I think well it's how do I describe it a bit of a loss for words unfortunately I think yeah well the way I've rationalized it to myself is that I've spent I spent a lot of money on my a 6
