Minolta X-700 35mm SLR Camera (Body Only) (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

so [Music] so [Music] um [Music] so this is the minolta x700 this is a very very popular film camera it's kind of on par with the canon a1 i just opened it out of the packaging and i'm gonna go through a series of processes to see if it works or not i bought this on the basis that even if it doesn't work it can sell for spares and repairs for more than i bought it for so this is there is no way i lose here um but if it does work that would obviously be very uh be ideal so first thing i want to check is the lens which looks pretty damn good i saw it had a skylight filter on it where and if there's a filter over the lens it basically means that whoever had it probably uh took care of it so if we just take this off yeah that looks really good there's no at least from here i can't see anything wrong with it at all that is a beautiful lens i'm gonna go ahead and put that straight back on rig
