[Music] hello everyone how are you doing this is md tech here with another quick tutorial in today's tutorial i'm going to show you guys how to change the accent and highlight colors on your macbook pertaining to your desktop and appearance themes so this should hopefully be a fairly straightforward tutorial and without further ado let's go ahead and jump right into it so we're going to first select the system preferences button down in your system dock so go ahead and just left click on that to open it up go ahead and select the general button just left foot on that one time and now you have accent color as well as highlight color customization so if you want to change the accent color just go ahead and click inside any of these options here to go ahead and change the accent color as you can see it will change these features such as the drop down menu color looks like as well as differ
