[Music] i have a replacement strap this is the fitbit versa the same procedure for the versa 2. right so you can put a cloth of some sort on the table so you do not scratch your screen i'm just going to use a piece of paper on the underside of the watch you will see a knob which is connected to the spring pin that knob needs to be slid downwards or towards you so all i'm going to do is i'm going to slide that knob you can see it's actually already pushed down and you can see that it actually pops out your strap might not pop out so easily dead skin and grime get stuck in there and you might find your strap is a little bit tight inside there so once you've released the spring clip on the one side what you do is you push upwards then you can remove it if it's stuck like this do not just pull push up and then remove here's a closer look at the spring pin and you can see how this knob allow
