The Motion Guidance Home Exercise kit is a single set up to start training with visual feedback at home! This is the streamlined version of the Motion Guidance "Clinician Kit", and is intended for home exercise. The kit comes complete with one battery powered low level laser, 3 batteries, 1 large head or waist strap, a perpendicular mount piece, a hangable tracking grid and sticky wall hooks. The Motion Guidance "Head or Trunk" Exercise kit is an at home neck training device that offers you visual feedback of where your head is in space. You can use the system to see how well you can move. This may incorporate careful tracing motions on the tracking grid (testing your movement control), tracing graphics in specific ranges that you find challenging (such as in rotation left or right), moving quickly from dot to dot on our flag tracking grid (testing your neck target location ability) or performing more specific exercise taught to you by an exercise or rehab specialist (such as vestibular exercise, balance exercise, eye tracking/gaze stability exercise). This kit is also frequently used for back exercises. You can affix the strap and laser around your waist, and then visualize your ability to move your lumbar and pelvic area. This can be done in standing ("pelvic tilts"), or in hands-and-knees position. Here you can visualize your ability to move your back into flexion (posterior pelvic tilt, where you see the laser move upward toward your face) and back extension (anterior pelvic tilt where you see the laser move downward toward your feet). You can also visualize stability by seeing what your body does when performing exercises like planks and bird dogs.
