what's up everyone you know i actually have gained quite a bit of weight again i go up and down and so i've got several pounds that i need to shed i need to lose this weight in addition i need to improve cardio i need to actually do cardio exercises i should say and my wife and i were looking at getting a treadmill or an exercise biking we chose we decided to get an exercise bike and we chose the schwinn 130. it's a great bike and uh we think we like the design it seems to function very well and it's the schwinn 130. let's take a look at all right folks this is the box that the bike came in and this is a schwinn bike as i said but it's an upright bike and you know the box was was heavy uh but it was manageable uh setting up this bike uh wasn't too bad actually the setup was was manageable as well my wife and i uh set it up together uh here are all of the pieces it's a it's a it's a soli
