we are printing on convex gear app for milk clear vinyl with the Gerber edge FX thermal printer you can see here the convex peer rap is being pulled into the printer and coming out the other side if you look closely you can see that we are printing arctic white first to get the other colors some pop in case the decals apply to a dark helmet the second color being printed on top of the white is a bright yellow the third color is a darker sunflower yellow the edge rewinds to be ready for the fourth color called terracotta the final color is black in this clip we are laminating with 22 ml convex laminate which is a very soft and pliable vinyl that is compatible with convex gear wrap and conforms to complex curves the last step is cutting the decals first we are back cutting the liner slightly outside the perimeter of the front of the decal then we flip the materials over and cut the front
