this is this Maitri GoPro Hero chest mount harness this harness comes with the chest mount harness itself we've got a large mounting plate on the front I'll square in the middle of your chest and strap so go over both your shoulders and then strap one down the back and strap the loops around your chest area two connecting their back these straps are adjustable here on the side for the fit around your chest and there's also you just gonna strap in the back for how high I'll load down your back that fits now I'll snug it up on your shoulders now this assembly comes with the j-hook mount it also comes with a really nice replacement anodized aluminum thumb screw here comes with an extra nut on the end of the some screw there's already one in the J mount as well and you can also see that has an o-ring is included with it to help with snugging it up on the mount without over-tightening it now
