Netgear EN104TP 4 Port 10BT HUB

this is the tear-down of a netgear 4-port ethernet hub model en104tp older little hub there's two screws in the back for the top cover which comes off this screw is just a grounding screw and doesn't have any structural purpose and then there's two screws that hold the board in [Music] board just kind of lifts up and comes out an angle [Music] pretty straightforward not much on it it's all uh i believe a system on chip design basically with this neck i'm sorry amd processor it is surprising grant says this is older i suppose not too surprising but has this nice mechanical switch which is a mode switch changes it from normal to uplink not quite sure what they mean by that but definitely different they probably could have done that with the tactile push button looks like the electrolytic caps on this one hasn't gone bad and there's even off the shelf lm340 t5 voltage regulator i believe i
