hey guys today I want to talk about sandals yeah these little unassuming pieces of rubber that we wear on our feet maybe around our apartment maybe on the beach but we often hear that sandals are not good for our feet what does that even mean well often people will say well sandals have no support and that's why they give you plantar fasciitis well the truth is sandals don't give you plantar fasciitis your weak feet do but there are some downsides to frequent use of these type of sandals and I mean I'm using these two as examples that I have because they do not have anything to secure your heel in the back of your foot and that's where the problem begins I'm gonna illustrate this closer to the ground so a flip-flop like this one has one big issue other than the fact that is old and ugly as hell this flip-flop does not have anything to secure your heel at the back which means every time
