welcome to best reviews 2000 the site amass a rating of 3.2 out of 5 stars a customer wrote I bought this battery and had nothing but issues with it so I returned it aside from it not snapping into the battery portion of my toshiba but it did fit it would not charge when merchant of this product saw my comment he or she tried to compensate by giving me a amazon gift card if / when i removed my comment I de Geste so that I could use the gift card to purchase a battery elsewhere but it never came they kept stating that they leave it up to my amazon account but I could never find / use it the late time couple of times that I contacted them about not receiving the gift card I received no reply not only do they have faulty battery but they lie to their customers not a very good marketing strategy if you ask me dot thank you for watching please give the thumbs up
