in this video I'm going to show you how to remove this panel to access the RAM and hard drive in this Lenovo model 101 10 first step you're going to need an old gift card or some guitar picks you're going to use that it's a slide and pry open these retaining clips on this part of the all-in-one just slide it right here you're going to hear it snap open the retaining clips releasing now we're gonna force this panel back it's gonna be a little tough there we go once it cracks you should be able to pry it off in order to remove the hard drive you want to slightly lift this handle there are two retaining Clips under this handle and you want to pull the hard drive back once you have replaced your hard drive go ahead and set it back in and just simply push it back in it will seat itself in place if you need to replace or upgrade your RAM you will need to pry outwards on these little arms here
